The best part of Arcadian II, hands down, is Mike. He greets everyone with a warm smile, is constantly working hard, and is always there when you need something. He’s the heart of this place and truly what makes it feel like home.

We stayed for a week in unit 3C. I’ll start off with the cons. The room had a faint sewage smell. It would go away after letting some water run so my assumption is there is something wrong with the venting of the sewer/water. Not a huge problem but it was annoying. Our unit’s balcony door couldn’t be secured so I wouldn’t recommend it for groups with small, wandering children. The cleaning service is not very thorough but most of them aren’t. Im very big on reading and writing reviews so here goes a other one. Im not sure if this applies to every unit because this was a private owner rental. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bath and showers because there was hair. The bath mat needs to be replaced. The curtains are broken in the living room and won't close on one side. Looking for dish detergent and realized there's a bowl under the kitchen sink that is catching water when the faucet is used.
