At the height of the short term renting season in Phoenix with no good options remaining inquired on a Nexxus posting at Arcadia Views only to find it had just been rented out. However, John and Tyler from Nexxus said they had a residence there that was being refurbished and worked through a weekend to make it available ahead of time for us. The place itself is great and the community is awesome. The management team is below average at best. Any issues that pop up typically take a week or longer to respond and often it'll take multiple follow-ups to get someone to respond. When they respond, it's usually an apathetic response that does not provide clarity or direction. If management was better this would be an amazing place to live.
I rented one of the 1 bedrooms for 4 months through Nexxus while working in the area and enjoyed the space, it's amenities, and working with Tyler was great.

There is no one on property to maintain the property or give residents an easy access to communicate. We were never given a pool key which is the only on property amenity. If there are problems with your unit it takes a few days and sometimes a week to get it solved. If you try to call the office for support they will never pick up and they might call you back if you leave a voicemail.
