I sent a request online with my address etc. I got a response within...3min maybe (from Robyn)...and a call 2min after that! Even though they don't service my area Brandon called me to chat about my bug problem, offered help and advice and even recommended other people to call. I truly wish I could have used their service!
Arcadia diagnosed a significant problem I was having with a very important and expensive hedge on my property. They put a treatment plan in place, communicated effectively in advance of service dates and bill fairly. Their communication and invoicing services are modern and efficient. Definitely recommend.
