Rude and don’t know how to deal with employees, if you invite someone for interviews deal them properly and respect, just asking how much you make and if you say you need more then there expected pay, he gonna say sorry you can leave. On indeed saying pay between 32-46$, face to face says I can pay 20$. Horrible customer service.
It has been a year since Arcadia rebuilt my Acura transmission at a good price and done in a nice timely manner. It still running smoothly and I would really recommend the service.
I took my vehicle to Arcadia Transmission to get my transmission fixed. Alex looked at it, gave me a fair price, and started on it the very next day. It’s been 6 months now, and my transmission is still shifting smoothly with no issues. Alex is a very experienced mechanic, and I highly recommend his shop to anyone needing transmission work done.

I dealt with the owner who seemed put out to be getting my business. He's a designated provider for the warranty company so I didn't have a choice. I'll never go back. Think curmudgeon. Very poor communication skills. He seemed annoyed to explain things he assumed I should know, like how long he'd need the car and what the process is for dealing with the warranty company. He said I had to leave the car for 5 days and then needed an extra day to finish--and didn't tell me until end of day after I'd already returned the rental... read more
