This place is lucky that you can't give zero stars because this place doesn't deserve any stars at all. Absolutely horrible service. Went in to get my transmission repaired and it took over two weeks. After 4 months I started to have issues again. They told me to bring it in so they could check it. Well they didn't check anything because they couldn't find anything wrong. Load of garbage. The parts were supposed to be under warranty but in the end wasn't. Don't ever go to this place!! I want to leave a big thank you to Alex and the team at Arcadia Transmission. I have been using Alex’s shop for about 17 years, and that alone should say a lot. Over the years he has worked on several of my vehicles, and the service has always been honest, professional, and fairly priced. Last year I had a transmission issue with my car and first went to another shop nearby. They told me the clutch needed to be replaced for about $3500 and that I should probably replace the whole transmission for around $7500. That didn’t so... read more
I would never go to another shop to do a transmission job done. They worked on a couple trucks I had, they are simply the most reliable and affordable places I've known. save your time and money, see them, get the job done.
