Had a serious issue with my Bernise Mountain Dog and they handled it, and her, expertly. Couldn't be happier with the way they took care of her and her issues. They were flexible and accommodating. I can say that the ownership change has been a blessing.
Excellent in all respects. My high maintenance dog was handled perfectly in every way. Everyone was great with her, and with me (I'm high maintenance as well). I even showed-up late for my appointment but they were flexible and accommodating. For being under new ownership, it looks to me like they haven't missed a beat. Thanks for everything!
