This is a very disappointing place for the residents to live. The food is poor quality, items get stolen from residents, and the activity room only has a stationary bike and no strength training equipment despite advertising that there is a gym. Management is also not receptive to feedback for improvements. There is a lack of sufficient activities for the residents and there are safety and sanitation concerns that go ignored. By far this facility is the best. Superb care where the residents are treated like family. I visit this facility at least twice a week and the staff and the Administration are always professional, kind and willing to go above and beyond to assist. Hailie provides a vast variety of activities to both the assisted living and memory care unit daily. The facility is always clean and without strange odors.
