The workers here have always been respectful and provided answers to my questions. The facility has been kept clean, both inside and outside. The lighting has never been a problem, and the security of the unit is that with roll-up door, metal walls, and fenced wire overhead. My unit also has extra high clearance that is normally not found in storage facilities. They have carts and dollies that are very useful when needed. I recently moved and had to drive an hour just to close out my unit. One time, my lock jammed and I couldn’t get in — but I understood. It was a wasted trip, I didn't make a big deal, stuff happens and they fixed it a few days later. What I don’t appreciate is being ignored when I say hello upon checking in. I get that people have bad days, but please don’t ruin mine.
