I recently moved and had to drive an hour just to close out my unit. One time, my lock jammed and I couldn’t get in — but I understood. It was a wasted trip, I didn't make a big deal, stuff happens and they fixed it a few days later. What I don’t appreciate is being ignored when I say hello upon checking in. I get that people have bad days, but please don’t ruin mine.
