Friendly and helpful staff. Update: Move in 8 months ago. It was 5 stars, and now I'd like to switch to 2 stars. I had 2 small one, then later switch 1 bigger one. Then, all the sudden without notification, they increased approx. 80% of the rate ?! And when I ask for why, I wasn't given any. Field manager was trying to help, but upper managing didn't response. I feel a little bait and switch.
Actually, my property in this storage has been safe.
The calm and clean experience was so impressive along with the ease of access to the building was worth choosing Arcadia self storage.
We recently rented a 7 x 10 storage space at Arcadia storage in Arcadia Ca. Michael was the representative who helped us and guided us through the process. Michael was professional with a great attitude and very very helpful! Would Recommend Arcadia Storage, their prices compared to anyone else’s or better.Easy access and Elevator to all units! Clean!
So good this place! Very safe.
