After they took my deposit they stopped responding. That should have been a red flag. It took them 4 months to get my windows installed and after they installed it incorrectly and didn't follow any of our designs we talked about. I spent almost 100k with this company and this is how they treat you. Windows went on damaged and incorrect(wouldn't take responsibility for the damaged windows). Poor service and no one takes responsibility there. Stay away from this company!
I am elderly and needed light but strong screen doors and Andy helped me find very beautiful ones that weren't too heavy and when they installed them, they did such a nice job they dont slam shut on me. The gentleman was also nice enough to change a motion sensor light for me that i could not reach.
Highly recommend! The staff were very courteous and respectful of my time and design. Replaced windows, doors, mouldings, hardware, and hung some spectacular beams. They met all my needs and completed the job not only timely, but before promised. The finished project is BEAUTIFUL! Installers were very friendly and polite. Thank you for being so professional!
