I have recently been an impatient for the second time, this admission following major surgery on my ankle. The care and assistance of the nurses, physiotherapists and staff made my recovery that much easier. The facilities are first class, and well equipped, including a hydrotherapy pool and an onsite cafe with a comfortable lounge. I am currently attending bi-weekly physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to continue my recovery. I cannot recommend Arcadia more highly.
I recently underwent rehabilitation at Arcadia Pittwater Private Hospital in Warriwood after a double knee replacement, and I can’t speak highly enough about the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the care and amenities were outstanding. I stayed at Arcadia following a shoulder replacement for 2 weeks. I cannot fault the place.From the very caring Dr Jashnany to the fun and efficient nurses,the excellent physio team and the truly professional catering staff it was an all round great experience. All round a truly happy workplace .Would recommend to everyone..Also can't finish without a shout of appreciation to the energetic, fun concierge Volkan.He succeeds in making everyone feel special.A smart move on management's part to create such a position.
The general in-patient and nursing care for my mother was very good. However, the medical and administrative management was sub-standard. Whilst they admitted there was little more they could do to help her chronic pain, their manner of “kicking her out” and wanting to send her home in an unsafe manner was appalling.
