Ten days of my Rehab after a Hip replacement surgery was just wonderful .Recommend taking the time to take advantage of all the services and facilities----they exceeded all expectations DR ANTHONY SUEN who has a financial interest in the rehabilitation centre is a straight talker who conveys authority and knowledge . The physio therapists are very keen to see you progress yes the coffee shop is just the spot to relax after a workout .
Poor conditions
Fantastic hospital, food is amazing, the staff is just beautyful,physio team perfect doctors very good, nurses very nice, even the cleaners are very nice, not professional but hard working 7 days a week, public holidays, christmas,eastern and and.....but why the cleaners don't get the superanuation and annual leave?
This review if for the inpatient and day patient rehabilitation that I received at the hospital. I'll write a separate review for my hospital stay. I was transferred to Arcadia day three post op. The nursing staff on the whole were great, and they managed my pain relief well. There was an issue with the supply of ice bricks at times, which is disappointing when it is such a necessary item. Don’t waste your time seeking this hospital out for programs for the elderly. We had my mother booked in for a Falls Prevention Program. Confirmed with them 3 times on the phone, but when we went to admit her for the program they had no record of our booking and wouldn’t accommodate her. This place was highly recommended to us - but clearly their systems don’t talk to one another and staff don’t follow up. Left us in a real spot with my mother no where to go.
