Arcadia was a great experience after my hip replacement.The staff and nurses very kind . The Physio in the warm pool was excellent.Thx to all at Arcadia
My experience at Arcadia Pittwater Private Hospital was five-star in every way. The combination of expert medical care, compassionate staff, and a beautiful, healing environment is exceptional. I felt genuinely cared for as an individual, not just a patient. The nurses and associated staff are caring, friendly and approachable. Highly recommend this hospital for its outstanding patient care. I couldn't recommend it more highly.
As rehabilitation inpatient after total knee replacement, I can only give 1 star. The clinical care is awful not because the RNs are poor clinically but rather the way the ward operates. It’s a very cookie cutter approach to care. Medications are dispensed when it suits their timetable, not tailored to individual patient needs. The poor RNs don’t have an opportunity to get to know individual patients. RNs don’t do patient handovers with the patient, they do it outside in the corridor. Highly recommend Arcadia Rehab, where I stayed 12 nights after my knee replacement surgery at Mater. It is not easy time, but almost all of the nurses, doctors, physio's & other care staff were excellent. The facilities, food and reception cafe were also top quality 👍🏅
The nursing staff and catering team at Arcadia Pittwater Hospital were outstanding. They showed great kindness, compassion, and care towards my grandmother and great-grandmother during an incredibly difficult time in palliative care. Their support made a heartbreaking situation a little more bearable, and we are very grateful for that. Unfortunately, our experience with the receptionist, Raeleigh, was very different.
