I ordered a few toddler tables and chairs for my son's birthday party for Jan 18th and I called the night before to pick up what was ordered and they did not pick up nor called back. I even texted them (it went through as an iMessage) and no text back. I called on the day off and still no response. Yelp said they're closed on Saturdays but their voicemail stated they're open from 9-3. Renting property or equipment as a business practice means that the owner has a duty and responsibility for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of said property and equipments. Should a previous renter damage them, it’s the owners responsibility to implement a security deposit policy and fine the renter, then fix or replace the damage.
