I’ll upgrade my rating based on my wife’s nursing staff and aides the past week. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Barbara is the best. It’s hit or miss with the nurses and aids. Most nurses I give 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to. They are kind, gentle, skilled and caring. They also know my name. The night shift, not so much. In my wife’s case they just toss her around while taking her to the bathroom or changing her at night. Speaking from experience of another rehab/ assisted living facility in the area, Preferred Care at Hamilton was world's better. The staff, especially the social worker, were exceptional. The facility is extremely clean and kept up daily. The activities/ dining room is great and feels like a resort. I would feel very comfortable having my family members utilizing this facility in the future.
Even a low key morning is a comfortable event. Julianne and music is just fine. Everyone seemed to enjoy it
