Very accommodating and helpful
Two Facilities, Same Neglect, Same Deception!! Our family has suffered through two devastating experiences tied to the same ownership: Preferred Care (Hamilton, NJ) and Bartley Healthcare (Jackson, NJ)—a connection that is not clearly disclosed and feels intentionally deceptive. In July 2025, we placed our 97-year-old grandmother in Preferred Care. She was physically healthy, though showing signs of dementia. By November 2025, she had died. This facility really took care of my dad. The love and attention he received was amazing. Special thanks to Barbara Lisa Tamara Lance Monica and Amos for taking care of my dad and loving him as if he was their own. Avi that runs the facility worked with all my needs and listens to any concerns you may have.
