READ THIS! My parent was at Preferred Care Hamilton and my brother and I based a lot of decision on these reviews. We weere very upset to learn that one of the really very good reviews that we used for our quick decision was written by a police officer married to the nursing director!!! Staff even joke about them seeming to live there and how crooked everything is that’s how we knew it was time to get them out and go somewhere else! Don't go there for short term rehab. It's awful! Effective May 2026
