My 82yr old mother stayed here for a few weeks after gall bladder surgery. She was treated with a high degree of patience and a great deal of genuine care. The staff was wonderful to work with. Nothing ever went missing. I would recommend Preferred Care at Hamilton to anyone needing local rehabilitation services. Shout out to Avi, Frank, Barbara, James, and Jose for going above and beyond to help my mom.

The nursing staff has been nothing but amazing they’re so helpful and attentive, the receptionist was very helpful as well with welcoming me and my family :))

My stay here has been very pleasant . The help is extremely nice and accommodating. I love the therapists , Eva and Amy , Jen from PT are all outstanding. I’m extremely pleased with my stay.
