I hope this review reaches the appropriate individuals at Arcadia. I'd like to bring to your attention an interaction I had with your employee, Cea Davis. During my encounter with Miss Cea Davis, I observed an unprofessional attitude when I asked a straightforward question while she was on duty. Regrettably, her demeanor not only reflected poorly on her but also cast Arcadia in a negative light. I have family who has had Arcadia in the past, and the love and the care given were greatly appreciated. The caregivers are there when needed, this'll included prepping and making meals, grcoery shopping, errands, doctors appointments, cleaning chores, hygen and body care, and companionship.
