It’s a nice company to work for as a caregiver and has many amenities such as daily pay and discounts on products. The staff is very attentive and professional.
As a part time employee with Arcadia I am grateful to have flexible hours to work. I am retired from my assisted living business but still enjoy being of assistance to others. The flexibility is important to me and the company has been so good about that.
As the Assistant Supervisor of Care I cannot say enough about having the opportunity to be able to work under the leadership of the Supervisor of Care and the Regional Supervisor of Care here at York County Homemakers. Their years of experience in the in home health care field combined with their commitment to deliver nothing less but the best of care to our consumers while nurturing each and every relationship with our PCA Staff is inspiring to say the least, a work environment I have yet to see or experience elsewhere!
