I desperately need a caregiver. After being told they had someone for me & speaking to the young lady who was to be my caregiver, I'm still waiting. It's been 3wks & no caregiver, no phone call to explain why she has not come or anything. I wouldn't trust a thing they say.
Trying to set up care for my mom, Ashley was supposed to come Thursday at 10 am and called 15 minutes before and said she couldn't make it so she rescheduled the intake for Friday at 10 am. She never showed up so I called them and they never answered or called back. If you're looking for care for your loved one do not go through this agency!
I have worked for this company for over a year now and they are a great company ! The people are kind and they care and they work with you Nd are super flexible♡ i 100 % recommend them!
