They assume, even upon signing contracts and receiving copies of them, that you will take call off's, etc., even though you ONLY joined their company to care for one family member. Horrible. I wasn't taken care of the way they said I would be. I was left unattended many times. I never knew who or if anyone would show up. For their shift.Chelsea the super visor yelled and screamed at both me and my Daughter..Called .e names. She made that Co. Look SO bad.. I hope that they put in a different Supervisor before the whole Co. Is shut down.
