About this business

Established in 1990, Arcadia Farms Cafe is hidden away in downtown Scottsdale, and is a cozy cottage serving gourmet goodies to an upper-crust clientele. At lunch, soups, salad and sandwiches make up most of the menu. They are all house-made, fresh and flavorful. At dinner, the entrees are sophisticated and heartier. Do not forget to try the pork tenderloin with Portobello and artichoke or the roasted halibut with mustard glaze and caramelized cabbage. The menu also features scrumptious desserts made of quality ingredients. ... read more

Delicious, well-prepared and very fresh – What a lovely cafe. The ambiance is welcoming and comfortable, the staff very friendly and efficient. Menu options are very creative and offer a nice variety from 'the norm'. The wine selection is also nice, the staff knows their wines and can offer great suggestions. The Wild Mushroom Tart is excellent, and the Artisanal Cheese Plate has a diverse selection of cheeses and toasts. Very nice, recommend for lunch or dinner.

Bon Appetite! – I went there with my best friend, we had a great eating experience. We ordered the TRIO OF BRUSCHETTA (smoked salmon, tomato-basil and mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula and goat cheese). The salmon tasted fresh, the prosciutto, aragula and gc were fine, our best was the tomato-basil that was supreme! We had WILD MUSHROOM, SPINACH AND GOAT CHEESE TART and CHICKEN, WILD MUSHROOM AND LEEK CREPES. We split order, so we both had a try of each. IMO the tart and the crepe had a similar flavor, but the tart had a stron... read more

Nice Place for Lunch Arcadia Farms is a nice place for lunch. However, you may want to make a reservation. It can be a little crowded. If weather permits, I recommend eating outside. The atmosphere is very nice. I have never been there for dinner, but I love their lunch salads. I have never had a bad experience with Arcadia Farms.

Terrible -- nothing was fresh! Although the atmosphere at this location was pleasant, the food was disgraceful. Aside from being served bread that I suspect came from Safeway (this place is a bakery? Really?), the crab meat was either canned or rancid. Based on the "cannish" look of the meat, my money is on canned. Additionally, the dessert was obviously leftover from the night before (even the whipped cream had hardened!), and anything that comes with cheese is smothered in it. The entree descriptions are misleading and the... read more

Great Lunch Spot This is a great place for lunch. I frequently have lunch with my girlfriends here. The menu is good. There is a nice variety of food. The salads are great. The atmosphere is quaint. The staff is friendly. The food is reasonably priced. It gets crowded at lunch time so make a reservation.

Cozy cottage with picturesque patio dishes, delightful salads and sandwiches in serene setting. – In Short A feminine cottage in Old Town featuring a lush shaded patio, fountain and two bungalows (one housing the kitchen). Lunching ladies and mature couples flock to this local favorite, especially in mild weather, for fresh salads, soups and sandwiches. Imaginative entree salads include the light and sweet strawberry chicken salad with organic field greens and vine-ripened tomatoes covered in zesty poppy seed vinaigrette. Sw... read more

A LOVELY place for lunch, ice tea, dessert and chatting. Although the menu options are limited, it is well thought out and you should be able to find something to enjoy. The servers were friendly but it took too long to get our drinks and all subsequent orders in. Staffing issue? I also had my wedding rehersal dinner here...Beautiful! But the dinners fell a bit short. Stick with the lunches.

Thanks for the consistency – I can take clients, friends, or family to Arcadia farms and never be embarrased by the food or service. The fresh food and friendly service have been consistent for the ten years I have been going there. Thank you Arcadia.
