I’ve been going to this practice since I left my pediatrician. I’m now 28 years old. Throughout the years of going here I never felt that Dr. Theresa Martin listened to me. She was also extremely unprofessional and laughed at me when I told her I worked at a daycare and proceeded to tell me I “babysit” and “play” with children all day. I am now in the medical field. Piss poor office staff. Made me an appt for Thursday at 4:20 I show up at 4:10 and they proceed to tell me that the appt was for the 21st at 4:20, I asked when Thursday the 21st is/was and they said it was yesterday. So a appt for Thursday at 4:20 is actually scheduled for Wensday the 21st at 4:20 by mistake of the office. I ask how long I’m going to have to wait to get in and see the dr and was told until I make a new appt.
