Very unprofessional. This clinic charges unexpected fees without informing patients in advance. We were never told there would be consultation fees or additional charges, even though we have dental insurance. Other dental offices we visited did not charge like this. It feels like they just add random fees. Would not recommend.
I always like to see my dentist Dr Marino. Very nice and will answer any questions. Always he’s does a grade job. I travel to see him in traffic. But I won’t change dentist.
