Kimberly Murry at Arcadia Customs located in Arizona helped me source parts I been trying to get a hold of for months! Helped me out within a day! Great employee
Be very very careful when you place your order. Half of our windows showed up at the job site as “mulled on site”. At no point did the sales rep mention this possibility. What this means is someone has to assemble them. $42k later our windows are assembled. Oh and let me also mention that shipments are not clean and organized (like Fleetwoid) where the windows come off the truck in an organized fashion. We were left with piles of palettes and shipping debris that required 2 forklifts and multiple dumpster loads to remove. Al... read more
