Be very very careful when you place your order. Half of our windows showed up at the job site as “mulled on site”. At no point did the sales rep mention this possibility. What this means is someone has to assemble them. $42k later our windows are assembled. Oh and let me also mention that shipments are not clean and organized (like Fleetwoid) where the windows come off the truck in an organized fashion. Excellent Quality, but very poor service. Beautiful windows, but very expensive. I bought 20 very large replacement windows and 3 double sliders all at the same time. The order was delivered two months late, and only one window out of 26 was tinted correctly. 4 windows were missing on the first delivery (which was discovered only after the truck was unloaded).
