They left our backyard in shambles after collecting 99% of the money for our pool project. This company is about as dishonest as they come. In the end they stole about $18k that we had to repay to others to buy equipment, fix what they had broken, and finish the job. Arcadia filed for bankruptcy in late April after ghosting us for ~150 days.
The worst one yet. We have paid our last payment and all payments were in time. Our pool has been sitting through sunny days for months. They didn’t show up for 3 weeks. Horrible communication, they would work for 1 day a week and left. I’m tired of waiting and being nice. Our concrete pour is scheduled on a rainy day after a 10 days of 80 degrees. If you want to see months long construction in your backyard, hire this company.
From design to implementation, these guys were awesome to deal with. I have the coolest pool you ever will see. And when they take time 2 years later to come back out when you have a little problem they can fix easily, you know you've found good people.
