I saw a 2012 Chevrolet Impala LT advertised on Plattner's website for $8700. I went into an online chat and asked if the car was in Arcadia. The reply was that it was there, and provided me with the address. I drove for a hour to get to the dealership. When I asked to see the car, they showed me a 2006 Chevrolet Impala with over 100,000 miles on it instead. I asked to see the 2012 Impala. False Advertising! Sent email with Pricing and information about the car. Pricing was wrong (off by >5%). Mileage was also incorrect (off by >3500 Miles for a new car).
Awful Dealer BEWARE..... Buying any cars here. A bitter experience, false advertising and deceptive. Very bad customer service when it comes to buy vehicles. A place nothing recommendable for the purchase of your vehicle. Sales Managers derogatory and disrespectful, lied about price.
This is the best car buying experience we've ever had. Everyone from the salesman to the finance department was top notch. We will definately refer family and friends.
I purchased a new car from them last week and everyone was fantastic. They even gave me some upgrades for the same price. My sales lady was really nice and easy to work with. During the upgrade process the manager, Britt came out to greet me. He kindly assured me that it wasn't a problem and to let him know if I needed anything else. I wish I could rate it lower but YP would not let me. I bought a car from their Chevy Buick GMC of Quincy over a month ago. All of the title/tag and payoff work is done at this location. After over a month, they STILL have not sent the paperwork to my probate office to allow me to transfer my tag! I have stood in line 3 different times for over an hour each only to be told that they do not have the paperwork yet!!!! This is not to mention to 275 phone calls I have had to make!!!
