This place is dangerous! The Cna's are rude the nurses in my opinion don't know what they are doing. I came last week my dad hanging out the bed. I asked him upon registration to put railings up. They said it would have to be approved but they would put mats down never happened. Three days later he has to go back to Osf after being there 5 weeks cause they said he wasnt eating or responding. This place is no good they left my stepdad in his diaper for 4 1/2 hrs, we pushed his call button and waited for 45 mins for them to respond I had to go track down a cna and still no help. Then get told that if my stepdad falls out of his wheel chair that they are just gonna let him sit there on the floor and not call an ambulance. This place is junk and they need shut down. The staff are very rude here!!

If I could give a zero, I would. My mother has been there a short time. She cannot eat on her own yet nobody assists her. She recently fell out of bed and nobody contacted us. She had two very important doctor appointments and they did not take her. I've met her caretakers and they are doing as much as they can and they do care. However, the facility doesn't have enough staff and management is non existent. Do better! This is a facility that most of us will end up in. Is this how you want to be treated??
