This place hires terrible employees. Screen your people better and get better management or management in general. Won't answer calls if you have a problem. Would give a zero if possible. The worst second shift I've every heard of.

Would give 0 stars if could. They ignore when patient is depressed. No mental health help what so ever. Told me wrong hospital when sent husband to ER. Don't answer their phones. Refuse to file complaints when try. Rude when family calls with issues. Remove family from file without talking to patient. Don't update family on anything. They are a joke. Don't send loved one there if want them to actually get care.
I stay at arcadia now. I've been here several moths and I can tell you this much, coming from a facilty in Chicago, this place is wonderful. I can go out when I want. The food could be better bur what ppl don't realize is the cook has to prepare meals for a wide range of patients so to prepare individualized meals isn't possible. The one thing i don't like is there is no activity room that offers treadmill or elliptical or even a stationary bike. All in all I'm pleased with arcadia.
