6/4/2026 UPDATE: This update begged to be written....so I got a voice message from a case worker stating they were going to have a meeting in mom's room at 11:15 a.m. today. I come in & mom was indisposed (called for a nurse who came after the fact) & my sis had to get the commode that was OUT OF MOM'S REACH just to relieve herself. When the nurse came in and said, "you need me?" My grandma recently was in a crash and had to go here for rehab. I just have to say this the WORST rehab facility I have ever seen. Firstly they gave no clear instructions on how to get to the right building. Secondly, it was as cold as a freezer in there and the blankets are way to thin for it the temperature to be that low. We get to the room and it is so small. Im not trying to be bougie but the nurse had to move the bed sideways just to bring the eating table out to my grandma. Next issue is the bathroom. My brother came there weighting 300 pound and after a month there been there he loss half of he's weight,the feeding machine wasn't working i told.then time aftertime ..head nurse lied about how he lost the weight. I took him out of there and find out the fired the staff to cover up what happened
