I recently closed on my new home in Arcadia. The closing was done on time and perfect! The Construction Manager, John, went above and beyond to make sure all was done right. We are looking very excited to move in.
The Pulte/Centex home we purchased is beautiful and functional. The staff were amazing through every step of the process. We are so pleased and excited to start this next chapter of life in the Arcadia development.
Buyer beware if you get Dominic as your construction manager then he is going to definitely lie and miss stuff and when you finally point it out on the final walk through we were promised by the time we were done siging paper work it would be done and so much was missed and feel like I got ripped off. If at all possible do not get Dominic. First water came through our ceiling because they didn't have our drain tighten to our shower then when they installed the oven before we bought the house and they damage the door and we a... read more
