Brought my car there 18 months ago for a major repair. Paid them 100% in advance and it was never returned to me and they won't return my contacts. Filing a stolen vehicle report.
Beware! Peter quoted me $9400, he then lied and said there was frame damage. I got the car fixed with used parts for $4695 (including the cost to tow away from Arcadia). They took a headlight and gave me a broken one from a different make of car. Could not find mine, would not reimburse me. I'm taking them to small claims court for $400 for headlight issue.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If I could give a minus rating I would! This guy is a thief! He submitted a claim to my insurance, kept my car for over 5 month, and did absolutely NOTHING to my car! Not even a screw was removed! Keep shopping around, he is the WORST body shop I've ever dealt with. After I picked up my car, he tried to get more money from my insurance! He didn't even have the car at that point!! He will give you the run around for months!
