They replaced an alternator for me and did a good job. The repair ended up taking a couple of hours longer than they calculated in the original quote, but Roberto still just charged me the price quoted. I found that to be very honorable, and I will be back for future repairs. He is very responsive and good to work with.
Had rotors brakes and caliper changed there not even a year ago. First thing, they changed only one caliper and didnt even check de other one. New caliper was bad, new rotor and pads were gone in less than a year. Called for a solution (i had to pay for new rotors pads and caliper in Moab) and he told me he could warranty me if i Would take the bad car parts to the autopart brand he buys them from. I found an autoparte from that branch in Moab and then he said I Would only get the parts from them, not money back. That didnt ... read more
I highly recommend Arcadia Auto. My student’s car broke down on the freeway and had it towed to them. Robert diagnosed the problem and said that Subaru had extended its warranty on that particular part. He told my son to take it to the dealership for free repair. Robert is highly knowledgeable, as well as honest and trustworthy. He could have made $1500 off this transaction, but my son was able to get it fixed for free at the dealership.
