CeeCee, who managed the front desk, and Markita, the nurse, were two individuals I genuinely looked forward to seeing in the Welcome Center. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a meaningful difference in the patient experience. ARCA’s staff is always professional and caring. They listen and are encouraging. They include their patients in the planning of their care. ARCA is great!
Although I have not personally needed their services, I have acquaintances who were very fortunate to have been helped by ARCA. I was also lucky enough to have been invited to the premiere of the movie Antagonist. It really opened my eyes to the work they are doing to try and transform the way addiction is handled and better ways to treat it.
Great place for all of your recovery needs the staff are wonderful and there will and passion for their job makes this place great!
