These guys are super friendly and helpful. I'm a hobbyist and came in to buy gear for a welding class. Daniel spent like an hour patiently talking me through all the different PPE, features, and prices, and I came away fully outfitted with good gear for way less money than I expected. No high pressure sales, no BS. This place is great, I'll definitely be back.
Husband and I were told to come here by our welding professor and we got nothing but the best treatment. Daniel came up and took his time, asked us what we were looking for joking for and asked us questions about our class and guided us through buying gloves, jackets, helmets, hats. Everything we needed for the class, he covered and helped us make informed decisions. Others at the store were also helpful and polite. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Daniel for your help!!!
I buy all my argon here now. Unlike some competitors they do not charge $30 hazmat fees. However the website says they're open today Black Friday. The sign on the door says they're open Friday 7:30 to 5:00 in Durham. They are not open and nobody is here on Black Friday. The Arc 3 website locations page clearly shows they should be open today. Nobody answered the phone I shouldn't have believed the website.
I was working in Durham from out of town and needed nitrogen for a project My account was not active and the guys there jumped through hoops to get me taken care of. Couldn’t have met a more helpful, accommodating group of guys Highly recommend this company
