Our family business has been with Arc3 for over 30 years and we have always had amazing service. We have been through a few truck drivers and store managers over the years and the two we have now (Tyler and Barry) are so easy to work with and willing to help us any way they can.
Excellent customer service! Barry is super helpful and very knowledgeable every time I've needed help with my tanks, gauges, and hoses. I'm just a gal who makes jewelry and not a professional in the welding industry, and sometimes I need a little help figuring things out when I have an equipment problem. I always feel a little guilty, like I'm wasting his time (they're always busy over there) but not ONCE has he made me feel any less important than the welding pros that come in and out. Just set up an account with these guys and they are very helpful The store has lots to offer in terms of service, tools, consumables, and gear. Way better than the Airgas store in New Bern and prices seem fair in comparison. Glad I found this location, Barry / Manager was eager to help.
