Horrendous and unprofessional builders. Avoid them and any of their projects. I moved into an Arc3 built apartment 2 and half years ago and have been dealing with various incidents of ongoing water ingress into my apartment ever since. It’s taken months at a time to get responses or any action taken, not to mention a year to get them to acknowledge there was a leak.
