I had an axle on my boat trailer fail on I75 on way home to Michigan. I googled looking for a trailer repair service. Antoine gave me a repair shop closer to me than he was. He filled me in on the owner and gave me directions there. I found the other service and was totally helped out by them…. You could have blown me off..But you made sure I was taken care of… true southern hospitality at its finest…. Thank you soooooo much!!!!

I can't overstate Andrea's ability and dedication. Sparing all the details, I was dead in the water. Several mechanics had looked at the problem, scratched their heads and shut the hood. No codes, they were lost. Andrea went past relying on technology and figured out the problem using nothing more than his skills and instincts. As long as ARC is in business, I've found my mechanic!
