I can’t say enough good things about André, the owner of ARC Truck and Trailer Repair. My car broke down at the grocery store in the middle of a snowstorm, and he came to help without hesitation. André was professional, calm, and incredibly kind during a really stressful situation. He got my car safely moving so it could be repaired at his shop and made sure I got home safely afterward. Review for ARC Truck & Trailer Repair LLC This is by far one of the worst shops I have ever dealt with. Their service is extremely slow, communication is terrible, and they clearly do not care about drivers’ time or safety. Every step of the process felt unprofessional and disorganized. They constantly give wrong updates, make you wait for hours for simple work, and still fail to do the job properly. It’s unbelievable how poorly they handle even basic service.
