The ARC Thrift store in English Creek Egg Harbor Township displays characteristics of discrimination in that to a certain customer the ARC store clerk acted like she did not want to directly touch the customer’s money and was seen putting on a mask for that certain customer. Whereas, with another customer, the store clerk took the mask off, and took the money from the other customer’s hand.
