I have taken several machines to John, Miller 225 and 250 as well as a 1967 Lincoln Red Face sa200 and have never had any problems. He has always done great job with the repairs. He may seem a bit abrasive when speaking but that's just John. He doesn't mean anything by it. He has even talked me through a few problems and diagnosis over the phone at no charge.
Very knowledgeable about all types and brands of welding machines. From electric to portable. Very well established and respected. Quality work at a reasonable price.

Before I took my sa200 in I tried to get it diagnosed over the phone. He was super patient with me and explain a few possibilities and how to repair. I unfortunately wasn’t to patient and took my machine to him. He got me fixed up and we’re back to work again! Very knowledgeable and honest people I will continue to bring my welders to arc.
