Overall a good shop in terms of capabilities offered and also pricing. But... and mind you this was many years ago and I am only just now getting around to the review... but when we had an issue with a major job and we withheld payment as a result the store banned our company. I wound up having to send my mom to have jobs done. A phone call and a meeting would have gone a long way instead of a letter saying "you are banned" and for what? We almost lost a major account.
