I am a support worker for Mark Bell. Arc was, through AAMI doing a small renovation on the floors. It was a terrible experience dealing with the project manager. We could very rarely get in contact with her and her mailbox was always full so couldn’t leave a message. The job could have taken 1 week but took almost 6 months. We were not updated regularly as to what was happening. We were very dissatisfied with this service
Quick to respond to insurance claims to make safe rectification works but they don't return phone calls as promised with follow up work to remove flood damaged furniture .
My experience with ARC is terrible.
Cannot recommend ARC Projects enough. Recently had them appointed by my insurer for my claim & they were wonderful. All trades were fantastic.
We’ve had the same experience as a few other people with ARC Projects. They assessed my partners investment property for a straight forward insurance claim for damage to the front fence caused by the elements and the report was written in such a way that it wasn’t structurally sound. The claim was denied. Thanks ARC Projects.
