Very disappointing experience with ARC Projects, particularly dealing with Jake. His communication was rude, dismissive and unprofessional when we raised a reasonable concern about cleaning up after floorboards were cut inside our home. He claimed that cutting could not take place outside because of our dog and that this was communicated with us from the trade which is a complete lie. Project manager Sam Wahidi and his team from ARC were thoroughly professional in all our dealings with them. Direct phone contact from Sam during all phases of the construction processes kept us well informed, and the follow up calls after repairers had finished their roles greatly appreciated! The two subcontractor firms were meticulous in their work and very accommodating with our needs. What could have been a stressful process was alleviated by Sam's professional and caring manner. Rob

Unfortunately, our experience with ARC Projects was extremely disappointing. The workmanship throughout the project was of a poor standard, and we were left frustrated by the lack of communication and project management. Jordan, the project manager, did not keep us adequately updated on progress, issues, or timelines, which made an already stressful insurance repair process even more difficult. Our experience with ARC Projects was very disappointing. The works were not completed to an acceptable standard, and a number of items required further attention. Communication throughout the project was poor, and we felt we were not kept adequately informed of progress or delays. The site supervisor, Jordan, did not provide regular updates, and we were left chasing information on multiple occasions.
