I would not recommend this disreputable and dishonest business under any circumstances. I personally witnessed (over our security camera system at the property) the tiler, Peter, abuse and intimidate my mother and 96-year-old grandmother after a complaint was filed with AAMI about his shoddy, incompetent and disastrous workmanship which has led to even further problems with the property. We are considering our options in light of ARC Projects' unlawful business practices.

I am a support worker for Mark Bell. Arc was, through AAMI doing a small renovation on the floors. It was a terrible experience dealing with the project manager. We could very rarely get in contact with her and her mailbox was always full so couldn’t leave a message. The job could have taken 1 week but took almost 6 months. We were not updated regularly as to what was happening. We were very dissatisfied with this service

Quick to respond to insurance claims to make safe rectification works but they don't return phone calls as promised with follow up work to remove flood damaged furniture .

Cannot recommend ARC Projects enough. Recently had them appointed by my insurer for my claim & they were wonderful. All trades were fantastic.
