If your insurance company refers you to Arc Projects, I urge you to decline their services immediately. Our experience with this company has been one of frustration, unreliability, and unacceptable delays, ultimately forcing us to do their job for them. We engaged Arc Projects for a roofing repair quote at the start of November. They contracted a separate company to conduct the site visit and generate the report. ARC Projects have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Stuart and his team have gone above and beyond, to repair our storm damaged home. Every single tradesperson they have sent to us, has been polite, patient, knowledgable, good-natured and highly skilled. Stuart kept us informed at every stage, made sure everything ran smoothly, and was completed to an impeccable standard. Poor workmanship when they replaced the front doors to my house. Doors not aligned properly causing large gaps around the doors - letting light and wind through. Their solution is a band-aid fix - for me to use a weather seal from a hardware store. Now looking for a tradesperson to fix the problem. I have no confidence in them to attend to the issue.
