Went to ARC 3 weeks ago today (1/9) with Dr.'s order for PT in hand. It was a Friday afternoon and I was told the person who does scheduling was out for the day but would call me Monday, January 12 and that they were really busy with post op patients so it may be a week or two to get scheduled. Today is January 30; I've not heard from ARC at all. I called them to see what happened. It seems that they are just "swamped" with referrals and haven't called everyone back yet. Carter is a great pt if doctor would have done my surgery right i would be 100% right now
Love all the people at ARC! Everyone is friendly, helpful and committed to get you better. Katie is amazing and she has also had a couple of students while I was there. They was amazing too! I highly recommend them. They worked hard to get me back to the person I was before my injury.
Thank you for making me feel welcomed. I was initially nervous about starting PT due to experiences others have had at different locations, but I’m very glad I chose this one. I truly appreciate having an excellent physical therapist.
