Outstanding PT, PT Asst, Masseuse and entire staff. Highly recommend. Have found better continuing help from them than the epidurals I'd had every 6-12 months. Best PTs in SLO County. I was referred to 2 others 1st.
I had a wonderful experience at ARC Physical Therapy while rehabbing my broken wrist. My physical therapist, JoAnn Zander, was incredibly supportive, caring, and encouraging throughout the entire process, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about my recovery. The facility is also nicely outfitted with everything you need for a thorough and effective rehab experience. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend ARC to anyone looking for a great physical therapy team.
I have had 5/6 sessions of PT with Ian and am amazed at the progress and results I experienced within the first few weeks. I struggled with hip pain postpartum, and Ian was able to pinpoint which muscles needed strengthening. I had tried other physical therapists, massage, acupuncture and chiropractic but these sessions were the most helpful to my recovery. Very grateful they accepted my Blue Shield insurance!
JoAnn Zander is a competent professional who cares about her clients and reflects well on her profession. She impresses me as a great contributor and I highly recommend her. She is administering hand therapy to me following a surgery.
