Both Client’s and employees are not treated well here. Management needs to make changes. Working employees for over 24 hours is illegal. Threatening to fire someone over an illness is illegal. The Client’s deserve so much more than that. The Client’s need someone who has had adequate sleep to care for them. Covid is still a thing and our elderly are more at risk than anyone else. The Arc of Walker County NEEDS to wake up and do better for everyone’s sake.
