I Challenged Jim with a difficult custom installation of a lithium/inverter system. Jims communication, willingness to explain and educate and quality of workmanship are exceptional! I had an issue with the Dexter Tow assist brake system on my new Brinkley. Called Jim at ARC Mobile RV and he took care of the issue quickly and correctly. Never sending my rig back to a dealership again! Highly recommend!
