Great experience, very professional, like having a personal trainer. All questions are answered with patience. I highly recommend this workout facility. Alex is fabulous!!!!
I've been training with Alex for the last few months and of all the trainers I've had in my life (a lot!) she is the absolute best! She is always attuned to my needs in the moment, meaning that she asks how my particular ailing body part is feeling, and modifies the exercise accordingly.
