Normally I love going to this mechanic as they are quite friendly and do an excellent job for car servicing. However, I was quite disappointed with their communication this time around. My car had an issue which they themselves had told me needed fixing so I booked an appointment a few weeks in advance. It all started the day when I went in, they did not know I even had an appointment booked.
