Mostly incomplete and sloppy service. ARC put the HVAC system into my home when newly built. There were problems from the get go. ARC was responsive in trying to fix it, but after many house calls the problem remained. Finally a senior guy showed up and very rudely told me that ARC has provided thousands of dollars of free service (it was under warranty) and blamed me for their inability to fix it.
