Exceptional experience with the rep on the phone. Ms. ******** was a delight handled my account with care.
Someone called stating ARC. First they wanted my personal info and if i didnt verify there would be serious consequences. Talked to same guy who then said the health insurance wanted to send me a check and i just needed to verify my info. Then many calls later i all of a sudden needed to verify my minor sons personal info. There was no disclosure that it was an attempt to collect a debt like normal collectors....even banks disclose that. Being inconsistent with reasons and jumping around who needs verification makes me belie... read more
I just received a call asking me for my address OR birthdate for "verification" - to protect me? I have no outstanding bills, have not seen a doctor for 3 years and paid off my 10k medical bills personally. I refused to give them information and ended the call. I am extremely uncomfortable with this type of call and will not answer calls from Marietta, GA or anything of the sort.

Per Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) & Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) regulations all ARC Management Group, LLC employees must verify the consumer they are speaking with before providing any personal or confidential information regarding the account they are calling in reference too. Our office had a valid account regarding Bruce Burns. After further looking into the account it has been sufficiently paid off and is now closed with our office.
This company is corrupt. they bought a debt that was illegal to even collect on I went round and round with unprofessional staff, called names, and hung up on numerous of times. All for a debt that was paid through insurance, state medicaid to be exact. this company needs a lesson in state insurance contracts double billing and fraud. you cant by law take payment by medicaid and try to bill left over amount its against the law!!! I got a call from this company this evening. The guy on the phone was really rude. He called asking for me, but had a mispronunciation of my last name. He gave his name (maybe?) and asked for my birth date and last 4 digits of my SSN. I told him that I wasn't going to give that information to someone I didn't know. He tried to bully me into telling him. He finally gave me the name of the company (ARC) but no explanation of what the company was or how it involved me. MY HUSBAND IS HANDICAPPED AND I TAKE CARE OF ALL HIS NEEDS INCLUDING BILLS. I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS GROUP ASKING FOR MY HUSBAND AND I SAID I WAS HIS WIFE COULD I HELP ALL THE PERSON SAID WAS THIS IS ARC HAVE A GOOD DAY AND HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK THE NUMBER AND SAID I WAS RETURNIING A CALL FOR MY HUSBAND I TAKE CARE OF HIS AFFAIRS.
