Really amazing apartment, the front desk is super nice too! My friends live in here and I like visiting this apartment.
TheGuarantors LOVES ARC! The leasing and management staff are absolutely amazing to work with. We have worked with the team since the beginning of our partnership 7-8 years ago to help get more renters qualified for their lease. They're responsive and diligent with both us and their renters, resulting in everyone getting an extremely smooth lease signing process. We can't recommend them enough!
Don't come to rent or deliver any business here. One of the rudest and disgusting receptionist/doorman I ever encounter. Not only he closed the door on me after knowing I was going to return. He didn't even bother opening it again. Once I passed his front desk, he proceeded to say " that's it? With attitude infront of people.( 3 heavy packages, 3 small packages) and I replied " Yes".
