Aaron was great. He found my problem(s), explained what was going on and what needed to be done now, and gave me estimates on other issues I have but don't need to be done right this minute. He understood I'm on a fixed income. He was so helpful. Aaron R. is a great electrician.
Immediately returned my call and scheduled Aaron the next day. Aaron was courteous and knowledgeable. He came back today to complete the job.
Awesome work. Aaron helped us get the fixes fast, explained the pros and cons, gave multiple options, and got us going with electrical issues disappearing promptly—also a great person to work with.
Scheduling an appointment was simple, electrician arrived within the appointment time ready to work. Richard was polite and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and we were kept informed at all times. The project is not complete yet, so I cannot rate them a 5 star yet. Maybe later.
The tech guy very professional we spoke before the project started. Went over any concerns I had. Also clean up the area before leaving.
