Service arrived on time and the tech was very straight forward with pricing. Very personable and made kept me informed on everything being done and what needed to be done.
Aaron arrived promptly and was able to figure out my problem after a thorough check of the ceiling recessed lights. It was a pleasure working with him. I always call ARC for my lighting issues. In the past, I hired ARC and Victor to install the landscape lights for our property. When there was a problem with a couple not coming on after a few years, ARC came out and fixed them for me, as an extension of their previous service. The team at Arc Electrical Services has exceeding our expectations. We had major anxiety regarding needing to rewire our home and upgrade our breaker box (don't the tech term) but the team at Arc have been wonderful with the planning, rewire, patching, follow ups, just everything in the process.
