Terrible customer service over the phone. I wouldn't even entertain using them for that reason. If their phone service is that bad, imagine the in person.

Aaron came out and did a fantastic job trouble-shooting and solving my electrical issue. He thoroughly explained various options, listened really well, answered my questions thoughtfully and did a great job. I received service the same day that I called to set up an appt. Aaron did a fantastic job. He showed up when he said he would, quoted me a fair price as an estimate and then charged me exactly what he said he would when it was done. High quality work the same day as the initial estimate. I wish all my contractor experiences were similar his good. Thanks!
I ordered a quiet cool fan for my house. I asked the sales person if an additional part is needed to mount the vent verticle, he told me no. When the install team arrived, they said that no verticle adapter is required, but they (Arc) were wrong. Afrer numerous phone calls pictures and emails Quiet Cool sent me a verticle adapter. I am now waiting for the install team to contact me to schedule a time that they can come by and complete the install. Quiet Cool needs more training for their sales team...
