Andre and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish. He was so responsive and easy to deal with. I had some tile I had bought and wanted him to install. It was a hard color match for the grout (and I am super picky) but he recommended the perfect choice. I also bought some tile from ARC directly and the choice was perfect for my high traffic mudroom bath. I have had both commercial spaces (2) and my home Done By ARC. Andrè is so easy to work with and fair . The finished jobs were all 10/10
ARC did a fabulous job installing our new carpet..they were helpful in choosing the right rug..and it was installed in under 2 hours..we will be using them again..highly recommend.
Terrible!!!! Guy came out to do measurements and said a he’ll provide a quote in two turns… two weeks after and we never heard from them! When I called, he said they’re very busy and they’ll get to it when they get to it. When I asked them if they’ll be professional going fwd, he laterally said you can have Install Solutions do it. Contacted them and they were beyond better to deal with and did a good job.
