ARC had excellent service and excellent prices. They stand by their products and Jeff in customer service was invaluable when Brother did not want to honor their warranty on a defective machine. I now have a working machine and couldn't be happier.
Travis was super quick to respond from when I initially called and very, very helpful in getting my issue fixed and back up and running. Thanks so much!!
Arc Imaging was fantastic. Bryan, the service tech was professional and diligent in solving the issue, and got us back up to speed. We felt like we were in the best of hands.
Excellent customer service. Very knowledgable and informative
I just want to give a shout out to Tim Carpenter, driver for ARC. He is very pleasant to work with and always walks our orders into the Helm Mechanical office and neatly places them "where they go!" Keep up the good work Tim, we appreciate you!
