I was advised by Robert Zheng that providing measurements on the architectural plans—plans I had already paid for—would now incur extra charges, despite these measurements being included in a previous revision. I only requested minor adjustments, but instead was told all measurements now needed to be removed because "Council doesn't like them" on plans, which contradicts my past experiences.
